Preparation Method:
Ingredients required –
- Oil 50 ml, medium size Onion
- 1/2 kg Jeera Rice (Wash and soak in water )
- 1/2 kg Vegetables (mix veggies like Carrot, Bean, Double Beans, Peas, Mushroom, etc…) or Chicken
STEPS TO COOK
- Heat the pan, add oil, fry chopped onion until it turns light brown and then add vegetables or Chicken
- Add Donne Biryani Masala Powder (40 gms for vegetables or 50 gms for Non veg), mix and cook well for 5 – 6 minutes.
- Now add 900ml of boiling water cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the Jeera rice (remove the water), mix and cook well for 5 – 8 minutes and close the lid of the vessel
- Place the vessel on hot Tawa for 5 – 8 minutes with low flame.
Serve hot (with Raita – optional)
