CHICKEN GHEE ROAST MASALA POWDER

Ghee Roast Masala is made from a delicate blend of bright red Byadgi chillies and Spicy Guntur Red chillies along with many aromatic spices. All of which are individually roasted and ground to perfection for each has a different heating point when they impart their best fragrance and taste.

Cook this masala with your choice of veggies or non veg.

You have your own homemade, color free healthier than any restaurant Ghee Roast ready.

Preparation Method:

  • Marinate the paneer/chicken/prawns with salt, lemon juice and 1 tbsp KSP ghee roast masala. Keep aside for 30 minutes. In a mixing bowl, add curds and 3 tbsp ghee roast powder. Whisk well and keep aside. 
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee in a pan. Add marinated paneer/chicken/ prawns and saute for 5 to 8 minutes. Once cooked, keep aside the paneer/ chicken/ prawns. 
  • Now, add the remaining ghee to the same pan. Add curry leaves, ginger garlic paste and saute for a few seconds. Then, stir in the curds and ghee roast masala powder mixture. 
  • Cook on slow flame for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the tamarind pulp, salt, sugar and cook for few more minutes. 
  • Now add in the cooked paneer/ chicken / prawns to the ghee roast masala. Mix well. 
  • Allow it to cook for few minutes on low flame. 
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and Serve hot.
